Where we provide Family Dispute Resolution services under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth), additional obligations and limitations apply. Our accredited FDR Practitioners are required to comply with the Family Dispute Resolution Regulations and the National Standards for Family Dispute Resolution.
FDR Practitioners are not able to provide legal advice, make recommendations to a court about parenting arrangements, or conduct assessments of child safety. If you have concerns about the safety of a child, please contact the relevant child protection authority or emergency services immediately.
Our fees for services are discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Details of fees, payment arrangements and cancellation policies are set out in your service agreement. We reserve the right to decline to provide services where fees have not been agreed or paid.
